The picture is an unfinished sketch for a larger painting. It shows pirates attacking the Tower of Babel. The pirates are a bit like the people belonging to Reclaim the Streets. The Tower of Babel is attacking countries such as Iraq, bombing Baghdad (Babylon - the cradle of western civilization). Helicopters bring in huge video screens to block our view of the bombing. Pirates are doing their best to bring down these screens. Once can see the pirates performing chinese dragon dances, ribbon dances and other spectacular performances.
